Who owns the documents you create while working on my project?

You do. It’s your data and your business that is captured in the document deliverables. Maintaining your technical documentation is a key element of protecting your technology investments. We help you do it.

    Are you an “offshore” company?

No. 20twenty is a U.S. corporation with a presence on three continents. The actual location of work performed depends on many factors, including client preference, the nature of an engagement, etc. We have the flexibility to accommodate virtually any project or environmental criteria without diminishing our value proposition.

How long will I have to wait for you to start my project?

While it is difficult to anticipate or predict the volume of work, our model is designed to allow us to start most projects immediately.

Do you work on a fixed price basis?

Most of our work is performed on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis. Our mature analysis and planning process allows us to provide reliable and accurate quotes for technical services. This allows us to assume the risks related to performance for our clients as part of our value proposition.

What is included in your software implementation services?

Our FFP quotes normally include a research and analysis phase and a design phase, followed by build and implementation. Each of these include document deliverables. We normally include data conversion in the proposed cost, including all historical data regardless of the number of sources.

What do you charge for annual maintenance?

We do not charge annual maintenance. We do however offer a 90 day warranty on all projects at no charge to the client.

Do you work on software that was written by someone else?

We do. This sometimes requires the addition of time to research and become familiar with the product, but we haven’t typically found it to be burdensome or costly.
